Went there a couple of weeks ago and yes it's big, but was disappointed by the somewhat aggressive, what appeared to be, "security people" and the cattle pens with electro-magnetic locks on the gates to restrict movement. Upside was that I was able to look and feel a tool that I was interested in . . . . but didn't buy as it was about 15% more expensive than I could buy it for. [And having lived near Harlow about 40 years ago, it's not weathered well as a town]

You bastards, after living and working in london for 6 mts of my life, i promised that I would never go back. Last month I had to fly out of gatwick, for my Wife, anything, the world if I could. It’s such a shame ITS are so much more expensive than most other retailers. They have a huge range but are about 10 – 20% more expensive than most other retailers
