I tried to get to the Castello. I was really close being in Prosecco.
Trieste is one of my favorite cities, period!
The look of the lady when she hears Maria-Theresia and Esterházy for the first time in her life…
3:42: bella
belle donne
Glad Slovenians did not disappear from there
Trieste was part of the Austrian empire for about 550 years! Austro-Hungarian empire only existed for 51 years.
Apparently it's hot in summer
This was amazing. Today, I was teaching English to my student from Trieste and I asked her what typical dishes they eat during the holidays. I was shocked and floored when she told me Sausage and Sauerkraut! It's fascinating what you DON'T learn in school and only learn from being with the people and asking questions.
I'm preparing for a family trip in December and this video is very helpful. Thank you so much.
Trst je naš 🇸🇮
Sauerkraut is common throughout northeastern Italy not just Trieste.
7:14 Gibanica (ghibanizza) is a Serbian cake actually.
Trst is a beautiful city
Great swimming, all the way from Barcola to Miramare castle and beyond – keep that in mind!
The unremitting vapidity of the tourism drive…'bucket list'….
beautiful women. nice city. good tour
So they comfortably avoided to mention anything Slovenian…wow
I was in Udine and Trieste a couple of months ago, with my wife, and we enjoyed the visit a lot!
Trieste in NOT on the Mediterranean, but on the ADRIATIC…..It's my mother's Hometown as well as the city of my childhood.
Lovely presentation of a beautiful and historically significant as well as culturally unique city. I will be visiting family in September after over 4 decades!.😊
