Thursday Thought: One day or Day One. You decide.

Happy Thursday! How often do we say, “One day I’ll start walking every morning,” or “One day I’ll plan that trip,” or even “One day I’ll finally put myself first”? Here’s the thing: “One day” can easily turn into “never.” In this week’s Your Weekly Boost newsletter , I talked about how it’s never too late to start something new — whether it’s a wellness journey, a creative project, or simply choosing more joy in your everyday life. But I also reminded us: don’t wait too long. I was delighted to receive a comment from one of my readers which made my day and brought so much joy to my heart.
