Founded in 2001 in Japan, teamLab is an art collective that showcases their artwork and installations primarily through digital technology. Famous for their multi-sensory exhibitions in Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore and beyond, the 5000-square-meter art space in Macau (or Macao) features multimedia artworks that “aim to explore new perceptions of the world and the continuity between humans and nature”.
Originally slated to open in 2020, the much-awaited teamLab Macao exhibit eventually celebrated its official launch in mid-2023 at its home in the Cotai Expo at The Venetian Macau, and has quickly become one of the top places to visit in Macau.
