Romancing Death

The time has come to swaying your sleeves, and wear dancing skeletons on your underbust. This week I’m sharing my latest obsessions from Blackmilk Clothing.

Witchy sleeves are forever giving me inspiration, packing huge amounts of drama and are a joy to flounce about in.

I have been lusting after the Mrs Adams Shrug for a while now but I was not keen to pair it with the matching dress. Then I discovered the adorable tank skater dress and I knew this would be the perfect match. The shift and stretchy shrug is the perfect layer offering gothic perfection and it’s so very comfy. The fabric is super stretchy as well and I’m wearing this in the normal XL.

Now I don’t understand why I’ve taken this long to wiggle my way into this skater dress but now I’m 100% addicted to the fit! Super comfy, hidden pockets, double layered bust to really shape and and support you. This is also an XL and the fit is amazing. I actually wore this all day to work and it’s the perfect little summer dress.

What I love most about this pieces is the adaptability and how they can move from one season to another.  Layering in the cooler months or alone in the summer. I can’t wait to wear both for many, many years to come.

My second Romancing Death piece and I hope not my last! Many moons ago I feel hard for this stunningly spook/romanctic print and now I have it in what might be the most flattering dress ever. Now I’ve been obsessed with the Rio fit for a while not but the Rio Marilyn is blowing my mind!

It’s a super figure hugging and flattering fit while still perfectly showing off the intricate artwork. The full skirt and fluttering sleeves are perfect the heat of and Australian summer and I just adore this piece.

I’m wearing this style in the XL and as you can see the fit and print are perfect. No over stretching or image warping.

Looking to wear this in the winter? Layer under chunky knits or cardigans, add some tights and boots and it will look amazing!

Which is your favourite look?
