In a tweet, which has now been deleted, “Joy" Morrissey MP, accused England’s chief medical officer of exceeding his authority as an unelected official.

You will note the lack of medical or scientific training in her education summary – It beats me why someone bright enough to get a masters degree specialising in European Social Policy from the London School of Economics, would not only say something this daft but to put it in a "tweet". (She must have studied at the Donald Trump school of "putting your foot in it").
The British public already lack trust in politicians – Don’t let them start deciding what medical advice we should or shouldn’t get.
