O’Donovan Rossa funeral committee

Though recent sleuthing has meant we’ve had to change the tag for our recent series to "100ish years ago", we are a little more confident of the date for this Keogh Brothers’ shot of the O’Donovan Rossa funeral committee.
Those who have been following the hunt to identify everyone in the photo of Pearse’s famous oration may have a head-start, but it might be interesting to try identify some of the committee members here. Tom Clarke’s moustache leaps out from the centre, and De Valera is pretty obvious in uniform in the backrow, but who else do we have? And, what of location? Could we be at Glasnevin Cemetery or elsewhere?
O Mac PRO expertly identified the location as the Rotunda Gardens, Dublin. This is now the site of the modern part of the Rotunda Hospital and the Garden of Remembrance on Parnell Square – then Rutland Square.

Given the fact that Jeremiah O’Donovan Rossa only passed away on the 29th June 1915 at St Vincent’s Hospital, Staten Island, New York, U.S.A. and he was not buried until 1st August 1915. I think it is reasonable to presume that the photograph was taken between these two dates?
