Mini Cooper S R53 JCW SuperPro Bushes Lower Engine Mount

Bought a new Febi Bilstein lower engine mount (dogbone) and bought 2 Superpro items to reinforce the mount.
– SPF2426K SuperPro Engine Support Lower Rear Insert
– SPF2425K SuperPro Engine Support Lower / Upper Front Bush
It was quite a battle to get the small bushing in. I used a jubilee clip around the bushing to compress it and then pulled it in using a large bolt and some big stainless washers.
I havent driven it yet, somewhere later this weekend.
