Enough poor customer service from Royal Bank of Canada

Royal Bank Of Canada was the very first bank that I dealt with when we moved to Canada in 1988. But I’ve had enough of their rigid, uncaring and unresponsive customer service, and recently severely scaled back my personal banking relationship with the bank.
Even when I was making repeated complaints about unresolved problems about the the bank, the branch manager was still trying to solicit me to their private banking/ wealth management business. They don’t seem to understand that I already decided to never add any new service or product from the RBC Group for the rest of my life. A bank with almost 80,000 employees simply can never provide real personal customer service to a client.
