Went to flick obese under the bridge in Kingston, state trooper drove by, four cop cars appear in seconds.
Detective Tim Bowers – super professional and courteous, even though he thinks someone using a camera gives him the right to tow your car pending a search warrant. (Other cop, not so friendly- got really pissed about me photographing him.) Same detective that nabbed envy last week. Only thing that got me mad was Bowers calling me "liberal" because I know what probable cause is.
