Just a quick iphone snap pf the sweet yummy pie I had the opportunity to taste for the first time yesterday while traveling to Chicago. We got this delicacy from Pizzeria Uno, and they claim to have invented the deep dish pizza. It was definitely good, but not what I expected at all. The crust is like a quiche, and I was expecting this oversized thick dough. It’s not doughy at all, it’s really like a pie… kinda dry and flaky, but sweet and yummy.
