(Contra Costa) County Connection bus stop, San Ramon, Ca.

I am not sure if this is a functional bus stop or a Rorschach test. What can be done better with this actual bus stop on Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon outside of the Bishop Ranch office park development?
Well, one rule of thumb should be that a bus stop should say more than just "Bus Stop" in big letters and have information about what buses in fact stop there. County Connection gives its phone number and Web site, but what do people do if they don’t have a cell phone or mobile Internet device? There’s nowhere around here they can access that information.
Someone went through the trouble of removing a few square yards of grass for a patch of concrete surrounded on three sides by cinder blocks. You know what would go great here? Something to sit on, and perhaps a canopy to cover it. The amenities on the Bishop Ranch campus are better. Seats are also nice because buses run once an hour in this part of the county — and it’s one of County Connection’s more frequent services.
Third, riders are subject to pedestrian-bicyclist incursions.
