BMW World (to the left), the four-cylinder office building (middle) and the BMW museum (right) at night. The 22-floor 4-cylinder building, built from 1968-1972, is 101 meters high and has a diameter of 52 meters. Its architect is Austrian Karl Schwanzer, who also planned the BMW museum. Most interestingly, the top floors were built first, then the building was lifted up so that the lower floors could be built! BMW-World is Bavaria’s most visited tourist attraction. Built by architect Wolf Prix , it is a delivery space, a show room, an event venue and more.
