El Día de los Muertos es un día muy importante para los mexicanos. Mucha gente crea ofrendas para familiares o amigos que han muerto. Es muy común que las personas pongan comida típica o frutas que les gustaba a los que han muerto. Otro elemento muy típico son las flores de colores que representan cuanto uno quiere o aprecia a la persona. Yo le estoy dedicando esta ofrenda a Adán Chalino Sánchez quien fue un cantante mexicano. A mi me gustaba mucho su música y lo admiraba mucho; es por eso que le dedico esta ofrenda con todo mi amor. Descansa en paz, Adán Chalino Sánchez.

The Day of the Dead is a very important day for all of the Mexicans. Many people create ofrendas in honor of their families, friends or other people who have passed on. It’s very common that people put in their ofrendas food, fruits, or other things that the dead person may have liked. Another typical thing is the colorful flowers that represent how much we love this person or how much we admire him/her. This ofrenda is dedicated to Adan Chalino Sanchez, who was a Mexican singer. I liked his music a lot and I admired him greatl; this is why I dedicate this ofrenda with all of my love: “DESCANSA EN PAZ.”
