20100428 mustard greens

a really tasty salad. I’d never had mustard greens before but a friend shared some of his garden harvest. I mixed it with some boston lettuce, roma tomato, crushed cashews, grated parmesan cheese, and homemade creamy dressing (recipe from this book). Basically it’s 1 part lemon juice with 3 parts cream plus salt and pepper and any herb or seasoning you choose. I added a little dill. When I tasted the dressing by itself I was concerned but it tasted AMAAAAZING on the salad.
