By the end of the video, you’ll have a basic idea of what options are available so you feel more prepared when buying furniture for your dollhouse.
I was wondering if dollhouse scale was different or actually accurate to human scale, as the standard dollhouse room seems to be rather small . I'm trying to make cardstock templates of different mattress sizes just so I can pop one into a house and see what size fits. If a real kitchen is 12 feet square, but a dollhouse kitchen is 8 inches square we have a problem. And the bathrooms are huge sometimes, same size as a bedroom. Bathrooms in real houses are a small fraction of the size of a bedroom
So the plastic furniture is often, for the 1940-60s tin type, made un the USA and Europe arter the war for children, Wood 1-12 in wood was done by the 1900's, with exact copies of full size quality furniture they were an adult toy, not for kids. Then latter houses, for other collectable toy, here in the USA Barbie and the like, all in plastics!!! Scales didn't matter as much for kids toys as opposed to adult toys!!!!
Que lindo seu trabalho, amei tudo!
