directory of the most epic tiny teams in tech

hey folks, welcome back! sharing some thoughts from my side of the world:

  • I put together a shortlist of what I think are the best accelerators for super early founders. In case useful here it is!

  • One of my recent investments, Alta, launched to the world this week. Killer team building an AI driven revenue workforce. Stav, founder and CEO, was one of the original growth leaders at Monday.com. Read more about them here.

  • next play is growing around the world, we have incredible hosts putting together events in 30 cities! these are curated in-person gatherings for top talent who are openly / secretly exploring starting / joining their next thing. if you’re interested in hosting something like in a city we’re not yet in, let me know!

  • I built tinyteams.xyz using Lovable in a few hours. It’s a hall of fame for the most epic tiny teams in tech. A bunch of these are new companies from the past year or two who’ve grown insanely fast with tiny teams thanks to AI. Fascinated by this trend and I’m sure we’ll see more companies following this path.

  • A bit about how I’m thinking about next play these days. Angellist started as a newsletter sharing angel deals Product Hunt started as a newsletter sharing new product launches Next play started as a newsletter sharing under-the-radar opportunities. Working on a bunch of cool things, stay tuned!

  • I’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on with memecoins, I’ve found this youtube channel to be super insightful: @coffeezilla.

  • I set up a group chat on X for people who build stuff on Sundays, been fun to see what people build during their weekends. Hint, it’s all AI related.

  • I’m having a great time with my co-working buddy 🙂 we’ve only worked from home so far, let’s see how co-working in the office works out!

I was surprised to see how many VCs and startups make onesies for babies. We have a whole collection already.

feel free to respond directly, goes to me!
