What kind of screws are you using?
Do you have plans for these cabinets. While I followed what you're saying… you went pretty fast and we dont have the sizes. Thanks
Two questions, 1) if I don't want to have a toe kick, can I lower the bottom shelf to 1 inch off the floor. I'm using 1/2 plywood with a face frame of 1-1/4"
2) If i plan to put three draws in cabinet (small, medium, large) do I need to any structural add-ins to the carcass or just add more rails for the face frame? Thanks for your help
Thank you NOT over complicating this…. Looks easier than the Moth guy!
Great video a lot of good tips and not over spoken.
Well it’s hard to call a video a beginner video when you’re using a giant cabinet table saw to make all the cuts.
Did you make a video for constricting wall cabinets? Can’t seem to find one. Thanks
Can you do the dado with a track saw?
Why TF are you wearing socks in the shop? 😂😂😂
you got me thinking now
I wonder if beginner would purchase all those equipments and tables for the 1st cabinet build attempt.
Noap not for beginners at all
I thought the pace was just right. For those who thought it's too fast, click the gear and adjust the speed or watch it twice. The video is a great overview. Thanks!
This is by far the best how to video on a simple cabinet design for a beginner. I have done framing I have done floor work, sheetrock, trim, but I have never built my own cabinet. I’ve made a built-in dresser, made built-in coat, hanger, closets, Hell I even made a decent treehouse for my kid. I definitely need to work on my craftsmanship to get on my dad‘s level. He was a cabinet builder and died before he could teach me.
Great video
slow down your presentation speech pattern. This is for beginners, not speed competition. jmo
It would be helpful if there was a printable template to follow along with the video. It could fit on a couple of sheets of paper. I’m a visual learner and it would help me follow along. I am new to cabinents making and want to put drawers on the base cabinents for my garage.
DeI thought he said for beginners. I don't think he took a breath.
Way too fast, I thought this was for beginners. You are speed talking
I think this is one of the best viideos on how to make cabinets for beginners. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to make and upload all your content!! I especially appreciated the "keeping it easy using only a straight edge and a circular saw" Other videos are ok but they use all sorts of fancy gear and I find that insulting, I'm just keen weekend hobbyist with no table saw and a few other basic tools and that's one reason for appreciating these videos.
Suggestion and question – could you possibly come up with a beginners video for making corner cabinets – both 45° and 90° styles. Keep up the amazing work, I'm a big fan of this channel
