- Introducing Applivery: You can now use Applivery as an alternative to App Center to upload and manage your apps more seamlessly. This makes distributing and testing your apps even easier.
- Three-Finger Gesture Support on Android: You can now test more complex interactions with support for three-finger gestures on Android, giving you greater flexibility in simulating real user behaviour test.
Automate
- Simulate Location-Based Testing with Geocomply: You can now use Geocomply on Automate sessions to easily simulate location-specific test scenarios—ideal for apps with geo-restrictions or region-based features.
App Automate
- Test with Maestro on Real Devices: You can now run your tests using the Maestro framework on real Android and iOS devices, giving you more flexibility and control over your mobile testing strategy.
- Download Files Easily via REST APIs: You can now download files directly from real devices using REST APIs on Espresso, helping you capture logs and artefacts more efficiently, while also unlocking revenue opportunities.
- Manage Apps Seamlessly on App Automate: You can now experience a dedicated UI for App Management on App Automate. If you're a GRR user, you can also upload apps through the v2 dashboard, making app updates and versioning easier than ever.
Accessibility Testing
- Easier Issue Detection with Screenshots: You can now capture and view issue screenshots, making it simpler to detect bugs and speed up debugging.
- Run Accessibility Automation on Your Own Infrastructure: You can now run automated accessibility tests on non-BrowserStack infrastructure, giving you more flexibility and compatibility across different setups.
App Accessibility
- Customise Your Accessibility Scans: You can now exclude specific accessibility rules before a scan begins. This gives you more control and flexibility to focus on the rules that matter most to your use case.
- Expanded Framework Support: You can now use Espresso and Robot Frameworks in App Accessibility Automate.

- Enhanced Traceability in Jira: You can now view configuration details like OS, browser, and device directly in the Test Run view of the BrowserStack Jira app, ensuring full traceability at a glance.

- Smarter Visual Testing with Region Capabilities: You can now streamline your visual testing in Percy by using region capabilities. Focus on specific UI areas that matter most, ignore non-critical changes, speed up review cycles, and boost test reliability by isolating dynamic content. Plus, automated region management across tests makes everything more efficient.
Low Code Automation
- Service Account Support: Introduced service account support to enable seamless execution of scheduled test suites in private environments, eliminating the need to use the group owner's access key.
- Create Dynamic Test Scenarios with Loops: You can now repeat steps in a test flow based on a counter, element presence, or matching text, making your test scenarios smarter and more adaptable.
- Easily Rearrange Test Steps: You can now move steps within a test, giving you more flexibility and control when authoring or editing your tests.
