The best first woodworking project is something you want to make that you’re equipped for.. if that doesn’t get you started, I recommend starting with a table! The principles in the video work for any table.. whether you need a side table, end table, sofa table, dining table, console table… just adapt to the size you need and buy material based on what you’re equipped to work with!

"I'm just going to use simple tools that you have or can buy cheaply"
Step 2 – Get your table saw
only using basic tools. then uses a table saw.
Thank you. Subbed.
Dear Americans, please just move over to metric.
Adjusting for the saw error is so interesting!!! I would 1000% miss something like that.
This video, and your honesty, got you a new subscriber 👍
Is that a Jojo's reference?

"Gonna leave my machines alone"
"So, at the table saw…"
The woodworking tutorial and information is awesome and on point. Great masculine insight of how to accept and give compliments. Those words inspired me to get back into the shop and get some man glitter (saw dust) on this skin.
Hey what kind of table saw guard and dust extractor is that? Looks awesome
Take it to the limit!
Sir, Can you please use the method which you just mentioned in the thumbnail? You used all the tools near to you.
Subbed. This was like the Mr Rogers tutorial of the woodworking world and I am here for it. I have a huge project I want to undertake but have never built anything outside of IKEA furniture before. This makes me feel a bit more confident about starting somewhere even if not exactly where I need to get to, but at least I have an idea of how to practice and your videos seem like they'll be awesome help on the way.
You seem very genuine. Love it
thank you for this
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I just completed my first project, a 2×4 ft mitered picture frame for my wife. She will use it to make a moss wall art decoration. I did it with a tape measure, pencil, carpenter square, miter box and hand saw, pipe clamps, and wood glue. I thought it looked terrible, but my wife was ecstatic. When she complimented my work, I remembered your advice and just said “thank you.”
That was a dad sneeze right there

Wung it 😆. The point on perfection and purpose was awesome, people need to hear that more, thank you!
