
I turned the Asian Lettuce Wrap recipe into spring rolls! I’m thinking that this peanut sauce can make anything taste good!!!
If you don’t like the texture of fresh rice paper, these can easily be deep fried for a crispier texture!
FILLING:
1 cup lentils
1 cup water chestnuts
2/3 cup mushrooms
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 clove garlic; minced
PEANUT SAUCE:
1/3 cup natural nut butter
3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lime juiced
