The long, hard wait for lunchtime -[ CrAzY Tuesday ]-

An old industrial clock, like one used in schools before digital clocks were perfected. These clocks were often synchronized to a master clock to keep reasonably accurate time, maintain coordination with the school bell system, and automatically adjust to the start and end of daylight saving time. (The ones at the public schools I attended did not have a second hand; the minute hand would advance with a soft clicking sound every minute. The clocks, interestingly, would either stall out for some time or click ahead at a faster rate whenever the master clock summoned a reset.)
I removed the bezel and cover glass from the clock before taking pictures of the unit to avoid unwanted reflections and distortions.
